Our founder was a C-Suite level executive assistant for 5 years and an admin assistant in multiple industries for 15 years. 

 

During this time, she noticed a big shift in companies needing a lot more online support from managing online diaries, websites, and social media management amongst other online tasks. These tasks were not commonly part of a PA's Job description and did not require a psychical PA.
